CytoLinX BR single-use bioreactor is developed based on DCS architecture, and its underlying logic is built by Siemens PCS 7, so as to cover the automatic control requirements from R&D to production, from a single unit to the whole upstream plant, and its automatic control logic conforms to ISA 88 control standards. The product can cover 50, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 L scale, its software design in accordance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. At the same time, in order to facilitate the use of users, CytoLinX BR software interface design is minimal, all functions at a glance, and can greatly meet the needs of customers. The automatic control system can meet the functions of real-time data acquisition and recording, PID automatic control, online monitoring, multi-parameter cascade control, and has stable pH, DO, temperature control performance.

For more efficient mixing, Bio-Link has introduced a new bottom dial design that can maintain a high linear KLa. And provide microbubble, medium bubble, large bubble and a variety of combinations of consumable solutions, to meet the needs of a variety of cells tricky culture.

The supporting consumables can be selected according to the needs of customers, such as micro-bubble, medium-bubble, big-bubble and other ventilation combinations. The product has a stable linear kLa, and the cultivation effect is comparable to most reactors on the market.

CytoLinX ™ BR Single-use Bioreactor comes standard with working volumes of 50 L, 200 L, 500 L, 1000 L, and 2000 L. Including a vessel, a controller and a temperature control unit (TCU), it is used for culturing mammalian cells, in-sect cells, and other low shear-rate needed cells.

CLK-BRC`s control hardware is built with SIEMENS PCS 7 and hardware control units, which meets the automation requirements from research to production, as well as from single system to enterprise-wide solution. The software fits ISA 88 control standard and 21 CFR Part 11.

Hardware control units are all built with high-end brands parts to ensure robust and reliable performance. Also, a choice of PAT tools can be configured flexibly to meet different customer needs and applications.

One CLX-BRC controller can easily to control different types of Bio-Link single-use reactor vessels. We also could use CLX-BRC to control several bioreactors at the same time.

CLX-BRU operates with bottom-drive agitators. It has a patented sparge design that supports flexible combinations of micro, medium and large bubble sizes, helping to optimize the culture process, enhance the cell density, and maintain the cell viability.

For the operation of CytoLinX ™ BRU, two types (air-cooled and water-cooled) of temperature control units (TCU) are available to meet customers’ specific needs in different applications.
