“In the beginning, there was still plenty of convincing to be done,” explains Thomas Seemann. “After all, many of our customers had been used to working with reusable instruments for a long time. And that also means: dealing with the disadvantages. Making these disadvantages clear and being able to offer a high-quality alternative with our single-use instruments was and is our mission.
