Newclip -Model Initial C -Single Use Kit for Clavicule Fractures
The implants of the Initial C™ range are dedicated to the fixation of fractures, mal-unions, non-unions, and osteotomies of the clavicle in adults. Combining our know-how from the Alians Clavicle S range and our single use sterile kits, Initial Solutions, Newclip Technics offers Initial C, that allows treating simple and complex fractures of the clavicle to have a suitable response to fractures of the clavicle.
A plate, screws and specific instruments combined in a single kit ready at all times to allow surgeons and healthcare institutions to improve the efficacy of their operating theatres and increase their capacity.
Initial C is composed of 16 kits with midshaft plates (bendable) and lateral plates, in order to propose a complete solution.
Initial C Kit
Initial C kits are composed of implants and instrumentation for fractures of the clavicle. These kits include a plate, screws (locking and non-locking), a quick coupling drill bits, a screwdriver, pins, a length gauge, a threaded guide gauge and a handle for guide gauge.

Superior Approach Lateral Plates
For a superior approach lateral plates, Initial C has 4 kits:
- Lateral plates, size 1 and size 2, right and left
- Bendable lateral plates, size 2, right and left

- Polyaxial holes for Ø2.8 mm locking screws
- Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
Superior Approach Lateral Midshaft Plates
For a superior approach lateral midshaft plates, Initial C has 6 kits:
- Superior lateral midshaft plates, size 1 and size 2, right and left
For these plates
- Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
- Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking screws and Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws

For a superior approach midshaft plates, Initial C has 6 kits:
- Superior midshaft plates, size 2, right and left
