ERG Hygrade - Skid Mounted Packages System

Packages are assembled in-house to the defined mechanical layout, materials and interface requirements, allowing equipment to be aligned, inspected and verified under controlled workshop conditions prior to delivery.

Originally developed to support pharmaceutical and high-integrity industrial installations, ERG Hygrade’s skid-mounted packages are now supplied across a wide range of sectors.

Packages typically comprise fabricated vessels, tanks, pipework and structural steelwork, assembled onto a common skid frame to suit the project layout and defined interface points.

Where specified, skid-mounted packages undergo factory inspection and verification prior to dispatch. This allows dimensional checks, visual inspection and documentation review to be completed before delivery to site.

This approach helps reduce installation time, minimise interface risk and support efficient project execution. Final installation, commissioning and operational performance remain the responsibility of the appointed system integrator or project contractor.

ERG Hygrade supplies skid-mounted packages as fabricated equipment assemblies. Process design, control philosophy, commissioning and performance responsibility sit with the appointed system designer or integrator.
