Nevro Senza -Model Omnia -Spinal Cord stimulator (SCS) System
The first and only system designed to deliver and pair 2-1200 Hz & 10,000 Hz frequencies so you can provide your patients the broadest range of solutions today and in the future.
More Frequency and Waveform Versatility
Treating pain requires flexibility and persistence. Omnia offers the most waveforms in a single product and can be programmed to provide waveforms independently or pair HF10 with other waveforms, enabling dual mechanisms of action that no other system can offer.
Choose or Blend Mechanisms of Action
Omnia has the capability to target the dorsal horn with HF10 therapy at 10,000 Hz or the dorsal column with lower frequency stimulation. Paired waveforms offer the benefit of both functions simultaneously.
Omnia IPG
- Delivers 2-1200 Hz & 10,000 Hz frequencies

- Full body conditional MRI labeling
- Upgradable to future waveforms and frequencies
Omnia Clinician Programmer
- Allows for the delivery of 2-1200 Hz & 10,000 Hz frequencies in SCS, with the ability to easily pair the widest array of waveforms
Omnia Patient Accessories
- Intuitive functionality to enhance the patient experience and improve ease of use
All the Frequencies You Need to Deliver Relief
Only Nevro delivers to 2-1200 & 10,000 Hz stimulation, enabling multiple mechanisms of action. Senza® systems offer both direct neural inhibition with HF10® therapy and dorsal column stimulation with lower frequencies. These mechanisms can be used simultaneously or independently to help manage chronic pain.
How HF10 Therapy Works
Rather than stimulating the dorsal column, HF10 therapy directly targets inhibitory neurons in the dorsal horn, providing pain relief without paresthesia.1,2
Frequency Matters
Frequencies above 5,000 Hz have a unique inhibitory effect on pain circuitry in the dorsal horn. The stimulation drives inhibitory neurons without meaningfully activating the excitatory neurons. This selective activation, called “direct neural inhibition”, reduces the hyperactivity of wide dynamic range neurons implicated in chronic pain.
Frequency is Positively Correlated with Pain Relief
In the first frequency titration study in humans, patients were given a range of frequencies to compare clinical outcomes. Only 5,882 Hz demonstrated improved pain relief versus sham. Additional studies on HF10 validate the importance of frequency.
Maximum Versatility with Both Mechanisms of Action
Only Nevro systems offer physicians the ability to treat patients with direct neural inhibition and dorsal column stimulation. Waveforms can be paired or delivered independently so you can provide your patients the broadest range of solutions.
