Lape -Model ASPEN CAGE -Spine Implant
The ASPEN cage is the 1st cervical cage placed on the market pre-filled with a bone substitute and equipped with a complete single-use ancillary. Made of PEEK Optima, it has two gold radiological markers and is anatomically shaped. Retentive ridges provide primary stability.
Provided with a large graft surface, it is delivered :
- Void that can be filled with autologous bone.
- Pre-filled with a two-phase ceramic insert (60/40). The insert developed specifically for the ACIFBOX-ASPEN cage promotes bone fusion, shortens operating time, and eliminates the risk of morbidity associated with the donor site. The cage is delivered filled with this insert, so it is ready to use without any additional gesture.

cage The ASPEN cage has two ancillaries to choose from, disposable or reusable.
The disposable ancillary is a complete, sterile kit, comprising:
- Test phantoms of all sizes
- The gripper for the phantoms and the placement of the cage

The reusable ancillary is a universal cervical fusion kit allowing the entire range of cervical implants to be fitted in the same box.
