The FARMO DUE FD11 is a highly flexible thermoforming machine designed for the production of 11,000 suppositories per hour. It caters to both small and large production batches, enhancing operational adaptability. This machine features a dual-reel forming capability to ensure precise cavity alignment, along with strip cutting for easier inspection and cooling tunnel management. Its 'balcony' dosing area offers complete process visibility and simplifies cleaning tasks. The dosing volume is operator-controlled via a user-friendly panel for precision and quick format changes. The modular design includes three main components: cavity forming and product dosing; a cooling tunnel for product solidification; and top sealing with blister cutting. It supports high-temperature and light-sensitive products with universal forming systems and employs a volumetric pump made from 316L stainless steel allowing dosing up to 120°C. The FD11 also integrates advanced printing and data checking systems, and connects with diverse cartoning machines to optimize the entire packaging line's automation.

  • System of coding variable data by using punches or inkjet printing + check of printed data with integrated “FARMO VISION” OCV/OCR vision system.
