The Synicem evolution spacer is a sterile implant, ready to use and available in different sizes. It consists of two independent elements - tibial and femoral - designed to achieve maximum balance between the device and the patient, with the fastest possible application. The tibial part is formed from a flat base in which the femoral part is articulated. The two components are inserted into the cavity where the removed prosthesis was located, and they are fixed to the bone using antibiotic-based bone cement.
