The EasyPrint III and EasyPrint III X represent the latest advancements in thermal transfer overprinting technology developed by Bell-Mark. Designed to set new standards in packaging printing, these models offer unparalleled flexibility with options for continuous or intermittent mode, adaptable speed, print resolution, and varied installation positions. Both models boast an intuitive control unit with a 7-inch color touchscreen that facilitates ease of operation and layout verification. The print head features an IP-65 rated cleaning cassette that allows for seamless maintenance without needing to dismount the print module or control unit. Additionally, the system is adaptable for harsh environments with a robust IP-65 rated control box. The bracket system further enhances the EasyPrint series' versatility, enabling left or right-mounted configurations and providing unlimited horizontal and vertical mounting options. This flexibility makes it ideal for integration into existing packaging lines, supporting industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
Continuous Mode
When printing continuously, the print head stands still while the packaging foil is guided through. Printing takes place during the operation of the packaging machine.
Intermittent Mode
When printing intermittently, the print head moves over the foil in order to move back to initial position. Printing takes place while the machine is at a short standstill.
Bracket System
Our bracket systems permit an uncomplicated integration in your packaging line. The newly positioned return pulleys and the registration unit can be mounted on all sides, offering a broad scope of variation.
Left & Right Version
EasyPrint III offers the bracket systems as a left-mounted and right-mounted variant. Horizontal and vertical mounting is virtually unlimited, providing maximum flexibility.
