- Product Check Integration: Farmo Vision is an integrated system of cameras that guarantees total quality control directly by the machine’s HMI, with monitoring of the presence and accuracy of the products. With a sole interface, the Farmo Vision system can manage several cameras on the machine or the whole production line, and provides advanced connectivity solutions for interaction with the company network and other devices.
- Packaging Precision and Quality: the machine has positioning sensors that at each cycle guarantee the correct alignment of the sealing and cutting stations with the profile of the packages. The lateral forming clamps allow the forming film to be kept perfectly tensioned (also when machine is stopped) to optimise the heating of the film and produce correctly formed packages even with frequent stops and restarts (waste reduction).
