CovaView IV is a thin film dressing designed to be cover and protect IV sites. Its polyurethane backing is breathable and maintains an effective barrier against viruses, bacteria, and other external contaminants.
WHAT IS IT?
CovaView™ IV is a thin, polyurethane film dressing with release paper (frame-style). CovaView™ IV is waterproof, and acts as a barrier against viruses, bacteria, and outside contaminants. Its permeable semi-occlusive PU film is breathable, allowing good oxygen and moisture vapour exchange. CovaView™ IV is designed to be applied over I.V. sites, clean skin, or wounds.
WHEN DO I USE IT?
CovaView™ IV is indicated to cover and protect I.V. sites, surgical incisions, primary dressing on pressure ulcers (stages I and II) with minimal drainage, partial thickness wounds, and skin tears or abrasions.
