IN CANADA, schools have already banned “para” blocks in their institutions. Research shows that the old “Para dichlorobenzene” or “naphthalene” urinal tablets could cause potential health hazards in humans who handle these products in regular basis. Soon patrons and custodial technicians will be forced to replace the potentially hazardous or dangerous chemical type urinal tablets that are currently being used.
