Promed - Model P300 - Waste Sterilization System for Large Hospitals and Industrial Facilities
The Promed P300 is a high-capacity waste sterilization system designed for use in large hospitals and industrial sterilization facilities. With a processing capacity of 100 kg per hour, it integrates advanced technological features to ensure efficient sterilization. The system incorporates a special design shredder capable of processing hard materials, such as surgical instruments and ceramics, utilizing a microwave treatment method powered by six magnetron units. The sterilization is performed through a multi-stage process that includes shredding, microwave heating, and steam injection to achieve temperatures of 134°C to 138°C, reducing pathogenic contamination significantly. The system is equipped with sophisticated automation and control, complete with advanced reporting and monitoring software, allowing for easy handling via an automatic elevator system.
