The majority of executives within our IGNITE network are available for full time hire immediately and, due to the depth and breadth of that network, it is likely that we already have the ideal candidate to fill your senior executive vacancy.

There is no upfront fee with this service until we have presented qualified candidates and you would like to move forward with interviews. Our placement fees are competitive with executive search firms, payable in stages from the interview through the first days of the placement.

Plus, if you are transitioning from one of our fractional CXO’s to full-time, we credit the majority of any fees you have already paid to us towards the placement fee

Additionally, our Senior Executive and Director placements are an attractive option for those clients who now need to upgrade from fractional assistance to full-time.

1. We are not a retained search firm and therefore will not charge you exorbitant non-refundable fees simply for initiating the search. We bring qualified candidates to you first, only starting our placement fees if and when you are ready to start candidate interviews.
2. If you are a client with a fractional placement transitioning to full-time, we will credit the majority of fees you have already paid against the success fee and as a result you don’t get charged twice for the same resource!
