Fast Intervention Services

The service provides the possibility of organizing urgent interventions on call for the resolution of "blocking" anomalies, requested directly by the customer or found following the first problem shooting carried out remotely. Based on the type of problem and after verifying the actual need, the BM Service department will schedule the departure of a technician urgently, within the time frame established in the contract. These times may undergo variations in the resolution of the procurement or production of the spare parts necessary to solve the problem. The aim of the intervention will be to minimize downtime and restore system operation if possible. These interventions will be considered as extraordinary maintenance and managed according to the commercial conditions attached to this agreement
