AtlasXomics’ DBiT-seq discovery platform creates an unbiased map at the cellular level. We are able to generate spatial UMAPs and gene/motif maps that correlate with your sample. We are able to identify differential features and identify ATAC-seq peaks across the genome allowing the investigator to identify new areas of interest and look into previously identified genetic regions of interest.
