With multiple manufacturing locations to choose from, we have the ability to select the location which meets the quality requirement and provides the most cost effective solution for a particular project. Precision parts begin with precision tools-and they must be the right tools. With our understanding of polymer rheology, we can specify the best mold for the job. Ranging from 7-ton to 1500-ton clamp, our SPC-equipped injection molding machines can handle the most unique processing requirements. We also have the right production people: people who are accustomed to manufacturing close-tolerance parts using process controls, CMM inspection equipment, and visual screening.
