We offer a fixed price, full functional test and service of the CuddleCot and CuddleBlanket carried out by experienced technicians.
The CuddleCot and CuddleBlanket is provided with a 12-month warranty. After that, we offer a range of enhanced service and support options.
For added peace of mind, we also offer an extended warranty. This can be taken at the point of sale or during the first year of ownership and will run seamlessly after the first 12-month warranty.

Annual Maintenance:
An annual service is recommended for both devices and, as the innovators of the CuddleCot, we have many years and much experience in its upkeep and have all the expertise, tools and experience to keep this asset in the best working condition.
Repairs:
If the user sends their CuddleCot to our service team, we will diagnose the issue and provide a quote free of charge.
If collection is needed, we can arrange it and provide a shipping quote. If the user decides not to proceed with the repairs, the service team will only charge for the shipping cost.
