TROKAMED has set itself the goal of supporting you in the development and manufacture of your products and increasing your efficiency over the long term. We produce high-precision turned parts from a wide variety of materials such as copper, brass, stainless steel, titanium and a wide variety of plastics such as PPSU or PEEK on CNC long and short lathes. We have a number of special manufacturing processes, such as laser welding, gluing, soldering, laser marking and manual assembly with and without a clean room
Our high service quality and our broad technical know-how have made us the preferred partner for technical solutions in the broad spectrum of precision engineering for over 28 years. Due to our medical technology focus on minimally invasive surgery, the processing of thin-walled tubes has developed into a focus technology for us. With our Pico Laser, we are able to cut the finest geometries with a cutting width of 20 µ burr-free into thin-walled tubes. The smallest bores (>20 µ) and lattice structures like in a stent are not a problem for us. Compared to machining, the laser is many times faster and saves the often time-consuming deburring process.
