Service and Rebuilding of Tablet Presses

This knowledge allows us to offer our customers technical support and machine reconditioning or rebuilding services.
We begin by inspecting all parts of the tablet press and making recommendations on what work will be required.
By restoring or replacing damaged parts, we can restore factory guidelines and specifications, returning the tablet press to the production line in the shortest possible time. We guarantee that our spare parts, manufactured with the highest quality materials and installed by our experienced personnel, can meet the original manufacturer's specifications.
ADAMUS SA also offers reconditioned used tablet presses, along with their corresponding documentation and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. We also repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as drive systems (motors, gears, bearings, etc.). We can also redesign and modify the press casing and upgrade or replace the control system.
