The consulting services are adjusted to your needs and support the overall lifecycle of the introduction of a PAS-X MES system. In the context of global rollouts we provide strategic program management services. The strategic program management consists of a stable long-term program assignment (5-10 years) managing the rollout program and the provision of a dedicated team providing constant know-how on a high level.
