Caregility’s iConsult application supports ad hoc and pre-scheduled virtual visits and consultations. The application is available for desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices and can be launched from within major EMRs. Whether using a Caregility mobile cart or wall-mounted APS at the hospital bedside, or leveraging a smartphone, tablet, or laptop in a home setting, clinicians, chaplains, and other professionals, along with interpreters and family members, can easily connect with the patients who need them. Care teams can also immediately collaborate from within the EHR, for more informed discussions.
iConsult is used for outpatient encounters, home visits, inpatient virtual rounding and specialty consults, and care team collaboration across any combination of settings. Easily integrate families, interpreters, consultants, and social support into any session with a few clicks, using secure temporary hyperlinks sent via email or text, with no new applications or logins needed.

A secure, purpose-built mobile telehealth app, designed with patients, families, and clinicians in mind, iConsult Mobile eases clinical communications and care coordination while supporting on-demand consults and scheduled visits. iConsult Mobile is powered by Caregility Cloud™ to provide a robust but easily adjustable virtual experience in the clinical setting. A registered user controls the application for two-way video/audio communications and collaboration.
Clinicians use iConsult to access wall-mounted and cart-based APS endpoints. The app provides the clinician with full control over the in-room camera, speaker, and microphone, as well as the ability to add other participants into the call, including specialists, family, and other care team members. iConsult can also be used as a clinical collaboration tool with other mobile users across all telehealth programs that utilize two-way communications. Available for iOS and Android devices.
