Softwares Details
HALO AP’s CE-marked, browser-based image management and case viewer facilitate remote slide review, primary diagnosis and case sign out. With its intuitive interface and ergonomic viewing capabilities, HALO AP simplifies the transition from manual to digital case review in anatomic pathology. Additionally, for busy IT groups, flexible deployment options provide several choices to meet their needs, including on-premises, cloud-based, or even Indica Labs-managed deployment.
HALO AP provides convenient collaboration tools to streamline consultations (internal and external) and tumor board presentations. Pathologists can discuss cases virtually sending annotations, comments, and questions with email notification. External case consults can even be received via an intuitive case submission portal. Modernize tumor board preparation by quickly assigning cases, slides, and regions with notes. Then instantly recall and navigate to histological regions of interest with a single click and quickly add any case notes from the multi-disciplinary discussion for later review.
Execute quantitative IHC, ISH, and IF assays underpinned by our time-tested HALO® analysis technology. Once validated, assays are locked to prevent unintended changes and can be automated to streamline the workflow for anatomic pathologists and technicians with little or no experience with quantitative image analysis.
Improve diagnostic efficiency and accuracy by leveraging AI in your anatomic pathology workflows. AI can help guide pathologist review by optimally sorting slides within in a case, identifying high interest regions within a slide, or as a screening tool to ensure rare histopathological events were not overlooked by the pathologist. When it comes to implementing AI, HALO AP users are spoiled for choice – quickly leverage our out-of-the-box AI solutions such as the CE-marked HALO Prostate AI tool, integrate home-grown solutions built using HALO AI™ with the intuitive custom assay builder included with HALO AP, or implement third-party AI tools using our open SDK and API.
Each clinical trial may bring together pathologists across multiple hospitals and CROs using novel or unfamiliar quantitative and qualitative biomarking scoring protocols. HALO AP streamlines this process by allowing coordinators to create, manage, and monitor multiple trials within a single interface. Pathologists are assigned cases within the trial, which are then executed using pre-defined digital assays and reporting templates. Collaborators and stakeholders can easily monitor progress of their trials via HALO AP’s progress dashboard.
CASE-CENTRIC WORKFLOW
HALO AP automatically organizes images and meta-data into cases which are assigned to pathologists. An ergonomic case-viewer integrates digital slides, quantitative data, synoptic reports, gross details, and patient information. Links to prior related cases allow for rapid retrieval of patient history.
SYNOPTIC REPORTING
Whether you’re following CAP or ICCR guidelines, or designing your own proprietary reporting templates, HALO AP allows you to develop structured synoptic reports that facilitate efficient collection of high quality histopathology scoring data. Score templates are matched to each case by indication.
CUSTOM ASSAY BUILDER
Unique to HALO AP is an intuitive assay builder that allows your own medical team to create quantitative assays underpinned by our time-tested HALO analysis technology. Assays are locked and signed to prevent unintended changes. With HALO AP’s Assay Builder, you can be confident that your lab is future-proofed for LDT expansion at the forefront of immuno-oncology, multiplexing, AI, and spatial analysis.
