Molecular - Version MH Guide - Analysis Software
MH Guide is an analysis software that supports molecular pathologists and oncologists in the interpretation of large molecular datasets. Independent of the sequencing technology used, MH Guide can make complex datasets readable, and automatically identify genetic variants that are relevant for the treatment of cancer patients.
This information is translated into specific clinical knowledge:
- What targeted or immuno-oncological therapies are promising for this individual genetic tumor profile?
- Which therapies pose a safety risk?
- Are there any ongoing (international) clinical trials for which the patient is eligible in terms of disease, type of therapy, and location?
MH Guide summarizes the answers in a customizable analysis report. To do this, the software puts the genetic data in the context of the latest scientific findings from one of the world’s largest learning databases curated by experts: Dataome.
This makes MH Guide an evidence-based decision aid for precision medicine: Physicians can select oncological therapies that best match the individual molecular profile.
MH Guide is now available in version 5.1:
A quick and informative overview of pathogenic variants in a new section
Improved handling of variants lacking technical QC-relevant parameters and introducing a new quality bar status
Expanded variant annotations to facilitate somatic variant classification
