App Overview
Our proprietary, patent-pending technology detects generalized tonic-clonic seizure-like movements and was developed by an acclaimed group of engineers, scientists, and technologists in close collaboration with the epilepsy community. These visionaries saw the need for wearable technology to provide safety and security to the 65 million people living with epilepsy and their caregivers around the world. They heard the pleas of individuals affected by epilepsy who were scared to leave their homes and the concerns of parents who were afraid to let their children out of their sight.
Overwatch technology is affordable for and accessible to everyone. It provides the safety and security that seizure detection can bring to those living with epilepsy and to their caregivers.
- At this time, we can only provide the Overwatch App service to residents of the United States.
- The Overwatch App is supported by the four major carrier networks: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
The Overwatch App and Monthly Monitoring Service should be used as a complement to the medical treatment you already receive. It is a method for real-time notification when seizure-like movement is detected and is not designed or meant to be a substitute for medical supervision and/or treatment nor it is intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or any other medical condition.
