Kinepict -Safe X-Ray Angiography System
Benefits: 70% X-RAY DOSE REDUCTION: Our completed clinical study shows that DVA allows a very substantial reduction of DSA related radiation exposure in lower limb interventions, therefore this technology increases the safety of the endovascular procedures. It provides very significant radiation reduction not only for the patients but also for the medical staff. The clinical results were published in prestigious peer reviewed journals. 50% ICM DOSE REDUCTION: Our completed clinical study demonstrates that the quality reserve provided by our technology can be effectively converted to significant contrast media (50%) reduction in carotid angiography. This brings significant economical and health benefits - less adverse events, contrast induced nephropathy - to the patients and cost saving for the cath labs. The clinical study was published in the European Journal of Radiology Open.

INCREASED DIAGNOSTIC INSIGHT
DVA visualizes the same structures as DSA but offers dramatically better image quality (Gyano et al, 2019; Bastian et al, 2021; Thomas et al, 2021) and DVA significantly improves the image quality of angiograms even in CO2 angiography (Orias et al, 2019). This has a special significance since the use of CO2 as a contrast agent is the only possibility to treat patients with severe kidney injury. In CO2 angiography the image quality is improved also at a lower frame rate (1–3 fps), which provides an opportunity for substantial radiation exposure reduction (Gyano et al, 2020).
