Myrian® is a medical software for processing, management, advanced visualization and analysis of medical images produced by all standard medical imaging devices. It includes DICOM communication, media interchange (printing, CD burning, storing) and reporting features.
Myrian® can be run from any standard client platform such as PC (purchased independently by the end user). Common users are radiologists and radiologists technicians.
Myrian® allows the reading of native images from various modalities (CT, MR, XR, NM, MG) thanks to dedicated applications providing MPR reconstruction, CPR and 3D visualization.

The Myrian® interface uses native artificial intelligence and provides the radiologist with a display protocol which is fully integrated into the workflow in a seamless and interactive manner. It enables the radiologist to interact directly with the results integrated within images and reports, making them fully accessible within the Myrian® workflow.
AI option for:
- Lung: Automatic detection of solid and sub-solid pulmonary nodules in CT images.
- Prostate: Automatic detection of suspected PIRADS > 3 lesions
- Brain: Automatic labeling, visualization and volumetric quantification of segmentable brain structures
AI algorithms integrated into Myrian® solutions are selected with demanding clinical criterias.
