Addresses the containment of leaks that could occur in 100lb. and 150lb. chlorine cylinders. This video demonstrates how to apply both versions of the 'A' kit that were manufactured before and after Jan. 1, 2013. The Kit 'A' is designed to contain leaks in and around the valve area and cylinder side wall. The Recovery Vessel is designed to contain all other leaks.
