Lumex Instruments has developed several analytical protocols to provide typical analyses of wine, wine materials, and spirits at all stages of manufacture. These protocols can be realized on Lumex Capel capillary electrophoresis systems. We propose to determine the following important compounds: - Organic acids - Inorganic anions and some organic acids - Inorganic cations, biogenic amines, and some amino acids - Aromatic aldehydes in brandy and cognacs - Sugars These protocols are proposed in the form of Standard Operation Protocols, which means that every step is clearly stated in the text in detail and the entire procedure can be internally or externally validated, as has been done in many European countries. In the webinar, we are discussing the actual analytical tasks in the beverage industry and describe in detail the proposed analytical methods.
