In laying the groundwork for the future of cell therapies, CMaT engages a diverse range of stakeholders worldwide, from various backgrounds, and with distinct perspectives. These inclusive collaboration are at the core of our center and central to our vision of a sustainable industry. Many efforts are aimed at outreach to better inform the public about cell therapies, interest students at all levels in the cell therapy industry (and STEM in general), and develop and educate the future workforce which will be vital to staffing ever-growing job opportunities in cell therapy manufacturing.
