Our strategy

Our strategy is to build a patient-centric and sustainable drug delivery device solutions company that brings maximum value to customers, patients, our people, society and other stakeholders.

In order to deliver on our strategy, we are working on fulfilling our ambition of becoming a billion dollar company by 2030. We have defined and implemented four strategic priorities to prepare for this bright future.

Strengthening our core business: we are growing our existing business whilst developing new product platforms to foster innovation, achieve cost and quality leadership.
Developing new capabilities:we are not only strengthening our core contract manufacturing business but also building around it to strongly position Nemera as a holistic business partner to support our customers in their combination product development – from design research, human factors, user experience design and engineering to design verification, manufacturing and supply.
Expanding our reach: we are acquiring new customers and extending our presence in emerging countries to strengthen our global footprint.
Helping our people thrive: we are driving our people, our biggest asset, closer to our purpose by building an eco-system of learning and development and fostering transparent communication.
