Balanseat
Balanseat was developed by a team of entrepreneurs, scientists, physicians and engineers. MoPair Technologies Ltd. was founded by a Feldenkrais practitioner with many years of experience treating neurologically impaired patients as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Post-Stroke and Parkinson’s. Mopair is introducing to the market the first device that trains comprehensively balance and walking on a seated user. Most of the frail elderly and neurologically impaired patients lack the power to train in walking, as other rehabilitation devices do. Moreover, most of those trainers focus only on leg exercise. Mopair`s device, Balanseat, trains thoraco-pelvic rotation together with thigh extension to provide comprehensive treatment program through seating modalities that understand and fit users` abilities. Clinical tests show significant improvement in functional parameters that are correlated to reduction in risk of falls and improved users` ambulation level.

How We Impact
WALK AND BALANCE
Most falls occur while walking, thus reduced motor control is considered a serious risk factor for falls. Since control of trunk movement is essential to maintaining balance, deterioration in the control of trunk movement is increased fall-risk.
INDEPENDENCE
Any loss of ability to live independently in the community has a considerable detrimental effect on quality of life and independence.
Independence is sometimes the only thing seniors may feel they can control when certain aspects of their life change with age.
