The standard patient line on the 3-Spike Disposable Set can be extended up to 108 inch (2.7 m) using the Patient Line Extension (PLE), enabling a longer connection to a delivery site.

Designed to facilitate cases requiring large volumes of fluid, the 3.0 Liter Large Volume Reservoir (LVR) can accommodate up to five infusion bags at one time. The reservoir is fully compatible with the 3-Spike Disposable Set tubing and heat exchanger and can easily replace the standard 120 ml reservoir mid-case via luer and quick-connector fittings. Additional capabilities include the ability to recirculate various blood components through the heat exchanger and back to the reservoir to achieve a more homogenous mixture of infusates prior to administration.
