Crossroads Extremity Systems
In 2014, three tenured product executives founded CrossRoads Extremity Systems to launch breakthrough products for faster healing. They wanted to create a company based on their values and what they enjoyed most about being medical device engineers. Throughout their 20-plus year careers, their most rewarding experiences were working with surgeons to improve surgeries and help patients heal faster. This has become the core of CrossRoads. We work with surgeons to develop breakthrough products such as the miniBunion® and dynaBunion® implants and procedures that cannot be found anywhere else. With over 40 combined years of experience in the high-tech medical device industry, our founders wanted their new company to embrace what they found to be the keys to success: ingenuity, integrity, hard work and service to community and family. One of the largest and most diversified healthcare companies in the world.
