Headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA, Frank Lockwood opened the doors of Lockwood International in 1977 and changed how the valve industry operated. Customers soon realized the value of having a reliable partner that provides one-stop shopping for valves. On August 15, 2018, York and its affiliates, including Lockwood Partners, were confirmed as the successful bidder for the Lockwood group of companies and its USA assets. The new company, which will be named Lockwood Partners, LLC, will be led by a core group of Lockwood International’s current leadership, including Bobby Mauldin, Lee Brown, Ricky Burns and Mark Spillard. While the name is new, our service and dedication to our customers is as strong as ever! We have always prided ourselves on getting the job done right without sacrificing service. We will continue to provide pipe, valves, fittings and flanges, and project management and maintain a strong presence with offices in Houston and Port Arthur, Texas.
