Traditional technologies currently utilized for the diagnosis of Alzheimer`s and Parkinson`s disease are not sensitive enough to perform early detection and need central spinal fluid (CSF) samples from patients, which is invasive and painful. Our parent company MagQu Co., Ltd in Taiwan develops highly sensitive, plasma-based assays for early detection of Alzheimer`s and Parkinson`s diseases using its novel immunoMagnetic Reduction (IMR) technology. MagQu LLC USA was established in July 2018 in Surprise, AZ with the mission to provide a fast and easy access to our IMR technology for scientists in the field of neurodegenerative diseases in North/South America. We are currently offering testing services for eight plasma biomarkers, including Ab40, Ab42, total tau, p-tau, alpha-synuclein, p-alpha-synuclein, TDP-43 and NfL. These assay kits work for CSF samples as well.
