Production is carried out in a working environment where 5S lean production methodology is applied, by professionally qualified personnel with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards training certificate, in a proven stage-gated process applying quality controls and tests at every production stage. All business processes are managed and optimized with enterprise resource planning (ERP).

For improving product safety and performance Metko realizes design, development activities with in-house engineering expertise, 3D design & modeling capability, 3D prototype printing, electrical and mechanical test laboratory, microbiology laboratory and ISO Class 7 clean room.

Our company is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified. All products manufactured under our registered trademark FMT® meet the requirements of MDD/93/42/EEC, MDR (EU) 2017/746, and are CE marked.
