Moebius Medical is an innovative clinical-stage biotech company that leverages its proprietary liposomal technologies and related expertise for the development of novel products. We were founded in 2008 within the RAD Biomed Accelerator to commercialize a patent-protected liposomal technology licensed from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Technion Institute and Hadassah Medical Center. Our goal is to leverage our liposome technological expertise, our proven experience in the development of drugs and medical devices, and our deep understanding of joint lubrication and cartilage regeneration to bring innovative products to market that answer unmet medical needs. To date, our main focus has been the development of a novel treatment for osteoarthritis, which is currently in clinical trials.
