Pearce Processing Systems has been a part of the fishing industry for over 40 years. Based in Gloucester, Massachusetts, “America’s Oldest Seaport,” and home to Gorton’s of Gloucester – one of the most recognized food brands in the seafood industry – we are known internationally for our expertise in the design and development of frozen fish block processing equipment. Using the latest technological advances and SOLIDWorks 3D Modeling, we develop and manufacture equipment that improves productivity and eliminates loss. We produce a wide range of flexible cutting machinery and fish processing systems for frozen fish blocks as well as other food processing applications.
