The technologies present in our Mistral machines use near-infrared and visible spectrometry, induction, and X-rays. We have dedicated a large section of our premises (more than 1,000 m²) to building and testing prototypes of our technologies in order to test our machines for various market applications. With 2,500 machines in operation in more than 40 countries, Pellenc ST is the undisputed market leader in France, and a key player internationally.
