Satisform
Satisform is a French scientific company specializing in research on degenerative diseases. It designs and manufactures innovative biomechanical equipment for functional rehabilitation, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), recovery and performance support, physical and mental. Made up of a Research and Development center located in Le Mans (72), Satisform works in close collaboration with laboratories, hospitals and rehabilitation centers on an international level. The manufacturing center is based in Rennes (35), in partnership with the Bretagne Ateliers group, an adapted company whose purpose is the socio-professional integration of people weakened by a disability. The DPA Med is a medical device which globally mobilizes the lower limbs, the pelvis and the spine in supine position.

About Us
Scientific committee
Satisform's scientific committee is a body for reflection, discussion and review of study protocols undertaken by Satisform. Its members can also initiate their own scientific study in order to advance research around Satisform devices.
It can meet on the occasion of national and international congresses such as the French Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (SOFMER), International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM), World Federation of Neuro Rehabilitation (WFNR)…
it is open to scientists and doctors. All of its members have no conflict of interest between them and Satisform.

Innovative Physiotherapy Equipment
When a patient is hospitalized or bedridden for a long time, there is a good chance that this will have serious consequences not only on his well-being but also on his health. Prolonged prolonged immobility increases the risk of respiratory complications such as pneumonia or pulmonary embolism, constipation and incontinence, tissue damage and pressure sores, blood clots in the lungs and in the legs, but this causes also a drop in physical form by weakening the immune system, leads to a reduction in muscle mass and therefore in strength and then leads to a drop in balance and proprioception reflexes, especially in the elderly.
To overcome these effects, it is essential that the patient moves as early as possible during his stay in the hospital. Indeed, early mobilization makes it possible to begin rehabilitation as quickly as possible and to improve convalescence following an operation. These gestures and exercises will stimulate blood circulation and reduce the risk of infection.
Among the exercises to practice we find positioning and repositioning, physical activity, walking sessions and regaining balance. Today there are very high-performance physiotherapy equipment and materials to support practitioners and their patients in the healing process.
Numerous physiotherapy techniques and equipment that meet the major problem of maintaining patient mobility in the event of bed rest exist. Their objective is to limit the deleterious effects of immobilization and to counter them by continuing to stimulate muscle and joint capacities. The DPA Mobile Medwas designed to mobilize both lower limbs simultaneously, as well as the pelvis and spine of the bedridden patient. Such a global stress makes it possible to work the segmental and joint movements in order to reduce the convalescence time of the latter and that he can more quickly regain all his functional capacities and his autonomy. From a preventive perspective, the main missions are to fight against loss of mobility, osteo-articular fibrosis, muscle atrophy and bedsores. In a rather curative context, we will focus more on functional movements via muscle strengthening and mobilization work to fight against the loss of balance .
DPA Med tableAgainst back pain and walking disorders, the DPA Med table provides an additional independent workstation. With its integrated table, this physiotherapist equipmentoffers great possibilities to professionals in their practice or in rehabilitation centers. It includes a specific comfortable mattress, a pelvic belt, axillary attachments and a head cushion, allowing overall patient mobilization treatment. Easy to use, the various accessories are integrated into the whole of this proprioception device and are therefore always ready for use. This medical equipment folds vertically to never clutter up the space. As soon as the patient settles in, the DPA Med automatically locks his lower limbs for a total immobilization of ten minutes, in order to give the practitioner time to make an inventory of his functional capacities.
Adaptable DPA MedThis physiotherapy equipment has the advantage of being able to adapt to all situations and all room configurations thanks to the fact that it has its own removable electric table. This rehabilitation device makes it possible to simulate the movement of walking in the pelvis while being in a lying position. The technique is based on passive mobilization by generating a lemniscatory movement, which then causes a dissociation between the scapulars and the pelvic girdles, reproducing, in the pelvis, the amplitudes of walking. It works on the capacities of neuromuscular coordination, joint mobility and prioception. The adaptable DPA Medis very useful in accompanying treatments for spinal pathologies as well as walking disorders. Here again, we recognize its great ease of use since it adapts to all electric tables.
Rehabilitation of the back and lower limbsZendosThe Zendos is a fully autonomous physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment that relaxes, softens and frees the back muscles from contractures. Comfortable, it also promotes proprioception and acts as an analgesic treatment. A muscle mobilization seated takes place through regular inclinations whose amplitude is adjustable. Two ergonomic positions are available, the first allows you to have a good posture of the back by stretching it, while the second favors a relaxation of the shoulders and neck. Its regular use leads to deep neuromuscular relaxation. Zendos is suitable for anyone with chronic back pain or transient acute pain. It helps maintain a healthy back, thanks to its motorized action between the chest support and the chair, which preserves the natural curve of the dorso-lumbar spine. There is no contraindication for its use. The patient can be taken care of by Zendos for ten minutes.
ModidosThe mobility of the pelvis and the spine can be facilitated using physiotherapy equipment such as the Mobidos since it develops flexibility, proprioception and improves posture by strengthening the trunk. It also allows practitioners to work on balance and achieve an improvement in walking for their patients because it promotes relaxation and neuromuscular coordination through progressive work without risk. It is an essential physiotherapist's tool due to its simplicity and efficiency for the rehabilitation of pathologies affecting the mobility of the spine and pelvis such as herniated discs, sciatica or low back pain but also for walking and walking disorders. 'balance.
DoabdoThis physiotherapy equipment is one of the most complete because it offers active multi-plan mobilization. In other words, its primary function is the dynamic and static strengthening of the trunk. Compact, it offers guided, calibrated and controlled trunk musculature work, without risk to the patient, in one and the same position. Very effective for people with spinal pathologies, the Doabdo helps strengthen the abdominal muscles and the deep muscles and peripheral of the back, while relearning the patient to move in order to maintain natural and healthy spinal curves.
QuadrischioThe Quadrischio is a physiotherapist's equipment which is mainly used in the prevention of dorsolumbar disorders. It simultaneously stretches the three muscle groups, hamstrings, quadriceps and psoas, to soften them symmetrically. It is useful for all pathologies causing muscle retraction of the lower limbs, lower back and pelvis but also acts on the consequences of low back pain, coxarthrosis or lameness, creating imbalances in the pelvis. Compact, it does not require a large space.
Back painOsteoseatThe muscular and articular constraints generated by the prolonged static sitting position can be improved thanks to physiotherapy equipment such as ergonomic seats , like the Osteoseat . To counter the harmful effects of sitting, it is essential to remain physically active, even at work, and to adopt a so-called 'open' posture which will maintain the natural and physiological curve of the standing posture. Indeed, in order not to alter the curves of the spine, it is necessary to use an office chair with an ergo-dynamic seat.facilitating soft mobility, like the Osteoseat. You will instinctively maintain a much more physiological position and gradually strengthen your abdominal belt and your para-vertebral muscles.
