The Sterivalve range provides high-performance flow control for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical liquid process. Its hydrodynamically optimized geometry ensures that the Sterivalve offers low flow resistances with a proven hygienic design. All moving parts in the actuator are completely isolated from the process fluids.

Sterisample is a hypodermic sample port that makes it possible to take product samples from a vessel in an aseptic manner without disrupting production. Suitable for a wide range of processes and production lines, this cost-efficient sampling system is commonly used in pharmaceutical and food applications. This sampling solution is quick and easy to use, as the port can be sterilized with alcohol prior to the sample being taken, by simply penetrating the special silicone membrane with a hypodermic needle. The design of the sample port allows for it to be connected to a sanitary clamp or aseptic flange. There’s no need for a specially designed connection on the vessel.

Sterimixer® is the original magnetic coupled mixer designed for biotech and pharmaceutical applications; Magnetically coupled mixers had existed for years, when more than 30 years ago, Steridose became the first manufacturer to apply and fine-tune the technology for the biopharmaceutical industry. The unique requirements associated with aseptic process design were used to create specialized product ranges such as the Sterimixer and the Sterivalve.

Allowing service personnel to safely access the impeller and male bearing without removing the entire drive unit. Depending on the mixer size, the drive units can be heavy and the available space under the vessel can be cramped. This increases the risk that service personnel will be injured or equipment will be damaged. Additionally, most pharmaceutical manufacturers try to avoid confined space entry. The Sterimixer Magnet Lowering Device allows service personnel to decouple the magnets and remove/install the impeller and male bearing without entering the tank or removing the drive unit from the tank.

The Sanimixer magnetic coupled mixer is a cost-effective alternative for highly demanding food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, and high purity chemical applications. It`s proven magnetic coupled design, with no mechanical seal or rotating shaft through the vessel wall, guarantees product containment and isolation. With its design based on the Sterimixer, a premium product that has proven itself in pharmaceutical applications for over 30 years, the Sanimixer is designed specifically to meet the less stringent requirements of other sanitary industries. The Sanimixer is available in sizes up to 30,000L (8000 US gal) for general mixing or 40,000 (10,500 US gal) for gentle mixing.
