In Vitro：(±)-Abscisic acid (10 µM; 20 h) increase CTLA-4 expression in cultured lymphocytes[2].
In Vivo：(±)-Abscisic acid (100 mg/kg; fed) significantly ameliorates disease activity, colitis and reduces colonic leukocyte infiltration and inflammation in colitis mice[2].
