Caroline has a Masters Degree in Physiology and Nutrition as well as a degree in Sport Science. Formerly an international athlete representing Great Britain, Caroline has incredible experience and knowledge in the health and wellness industry.
In the last 20 years she has become one of Power Plate’s elite Master Trainers, teaching the principles of vibration training globally.
Caroline is known in the Power Plate community for her high energy personality and incredible workouts.
