mtCheck -Model (GLS1)- (KITA1015) -Glutaminase Inhibitor Screening Kit (Fluorometric)

This kit is used to screen for human GLS1 inhibitors. Glutamine is hydrolyzed by glutaminase to form glutamate and ammonia. In the presence of a chromogenic agent and enzyme mixture, glutamate is converted from a non-fluorescent probe to a fluorescent product by an enzymatic reaction. The well known glutaminase inhibitor - CB-839 is provided as an inhibitor control.
