The Pathway PROFILER assay addresses 100 individual signaling events that can be simultaneously analyzed using the EXTassay technology. For a clear and strong analysis, individual signaling events are grouped into seven major signaling clusters covering regulation of cellular stress, cell fate, metabolism, immune response, stem cell pluripotency, synaptic activity & calcium signaling, and immediate early gene (IEG) response.

In more detail, 100 barcoded sensors facilitate the analysis of distinct transcription factor activities as distal endpoints of signaling cascades.
