CytoLinX BR single-use bioreactor is developed based on DCS architecture, and its underlying logic is built by Siemens PCS 7, so as to cover the automatic control requirements from R&D to production, from a single unit to the whole upstream plant, and its automatic control logic conforms to ISA 88 control standards. The product can cover 50, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 L scale, its software design in accordance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. At the same time, in order to facilitate the use of users, CytoLinX BR software interface design is minimal, all functions at a glance, and can greatly meet the needs of customers. The automatic control system can meet the functions of real-time data acquisition and recording, PID automatic control, online monitoring, multi-parameter cascade control, and has stable pH, DO, temperature control performance.

CytoLinX ™ WB single-use wave bioreactor can be compatible with 0.3L-25L culture volume, is a relatively simple and good mixing effect of disposable bioreactor, can be widely used in scientific research, development, production of seed culture, and new therapies such as cell therapy and other fields. CytoLinX ™ WB consists of a shaker, control cabinet and control computer. In terms of hardware design, it uses gas mass flowmeter (MFC) to achieve accurate gas measurement, and has both pH and DO detection and feedback functions, and realizes accurate weighing control through foot weighing. CytoLinX ™ WB is controlled by Siemens PLC with precise detection and feedback regulation functions to meet the process requirements of stable operation. Its software design interface friendly, easy to operate, and comply with CFR Part 11 requirements.
