The implants of the PeriActiv range are intended for osteosynthesis of femoral periprosthetic fractures in adults.

The implants of the Alians Elbow range are dedicated to the fixation of fractures and osteotomies of the distal humerus and proximal ulna in adults. The treatment of elbow fractures is a demanding challenge. The most common causes of these fractures are falls by osteoporotic elderly persons and high energy injuries or road accidents in younger patients. Intra-articular fractures require a stable joint reconstruction, which may be particularly complicated to achieve in elderly osteoporotic patients. Over the last few years double plate reduction (180° parallel or 90° perpendicular construct) has become the treatment of choice for the reduction of distal humerus fractures. The latest generations of anatomic locking plates specifically allow improving primary stability and having an improved control of the reduction for early activity recovery. For extra-articular fractures, Y-plates that stabilise the two lateral and medial columns is an alternative to double plate fixation.

The implants of the Alians Ulna range are intended for ulnar shortening osteotomies in adults. The ulnocarpal conflict may be post-traumatic following a fracture of the distal radius or constitutional. It is due to positive ulnar variance, i.e. the cubitus is too long relative to the radius. This pathology is a common cause of pain in the ulnar side of the wrist and limitation of strength. The intervention consists in performing an osteotomy of the distal radius or shortening of the cubitus at the diaphyseal or metaphyseal level and to stabilise the correction with a stable osteosynthesis using a locking screwed plate. Our instrument Alians Ulna was specially designed to make this surgical technique reproducible, accurate and to decrease surgery time.

The implants of the Initial C™ range are dedicated to the fixation of fractures, mal-unions, non-unions, and osteotomies of the clavicle in adults. Combining our know-how from the Alians Clavicle S range and our single use sterile kits, Initial Solutions, Newclip Technics offers Initial C, that allows treating simple and complex fractures of the clavicle to have a suitable response to fractures of the clavicle.

The implants of the Alians Clavicle range are dedicated to the fixation of fractures, mal-unions, non-unions, and osteotomies of the clavicle in adults. Alians Clavicle S allows treating simple and complex fractures of the clavicle from the medial third to the lateral third by superior or anterior approach by proposing a complete range of implants.
