Genemed - Model SA-20003-1-B - Hamster (Syrian) IgG-Biotin Conjugate, Isotype Control
From Secondary Antibodies & Elisa Kits - Isotype Control (Ig`s)
Syrian Hamster IgG was purified by a combination of column chromatography (Sephadex, and DEAE-ion exchange columns) and immunoaffinity chromatography. The resulting preparation was judged to be >96% pure by immuno electrophoresis (IEP) and SDS-PAGE. It is supplied as unlabeled or coupled to biotin, HRP, FITC, PE, Cy5 etc.
